Mental Gymnastics New Haven, Connecticut

Mental Gymnastics formed in 1986 in Guilford, Connecticut. In 1988-1989, they recorded songs for a debut album at Fort Apache (Cambridge, Mass.) but disbanded before it was completed. In 2012, the five members recorded four songs at Q Division (Somerville, Mass.), released on the Heyday EP in March 2020. The Fort Apache recordings were released on the album Time Capsule in July 2020. ... more
